How to Get Out of a Cell Phone Contract

1) Post Your Cell Phone Contract on CellClients.com:

Post your ad here . We will email you when someone shows interest in your contract. We charge a one-time service fee of $19.90 to post your ad on our site.

We guarantee that your contract will be transferred within 30 days of posting the advertisement. If your contract is not transferred within 30 days, we will refund your $19.90 posting fee and credit your credit card immediately.

2) Find a Buyer:

After posting the ad, you will receive interests from multiple buyers. Once you come to an agreement with the buyer, you call the wireless provider to inform them of your intentions to transfer the contract. You must not ship the phone/cash incentive to the buyer before the completion of the transfer. After you contact the provider, the buyer calls the provider to take over the contract.

Note: You may use our Secure Transfer service to transfer the contract ownership.

3) Transfer Your Contract to the Buyer:

If the transfer includes a phone/ cash incentive, after confirming with the provider that the contract has been transferred, you ship the phone and the cash incentive to the buyer- if you are using our Secure Transfer service, you only have to send the phone to the buyer. The shipping package must include a delivery confirmation signature (cost $0.50). For example, if Bryan Jackson takes over a cell phone contract, Bryan Jackson must provide a signature confirming the delivery of the package. The transfer process is completed by the delivery of the phone/ cash incentive to the buyer.

Unsuccessful plan sellers may contact us 30 days after posting the ad to request a full refund. To request a refund, please email/ fax/ mail your last invoice which proves that you are still the owner of the contract. After confirming your claim with the parties interested in your contract, we will refund your money to your credit card.
