• In the event of a dispute between Users or between User and one or more cellular handset or accessories manufacturers as a result of the use of CellClients.com, User hereby releases CellClients.com, its owners, and its employees from any claims, damages and any other causes of actions. • User's receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean CellClients.com will accept the order. In addition, the order confirmation is not confirmation of CellClients.com's offer to sell any goods or services.
• CellClients.com reserves the right to terminate the user's membership at any time without any notice for any reason.

CellClients Inc. is the sole owner of its intellectual property contained in this website. CellClients strictly forbids any copying or reproduction of the contents of this website or any part thereof without express and written authorization from CellClients.com.

Leaving a Wireless Contract or Taking over a Wireless Contract:

• In order to list a cell phone plan for transfer (an “ad”) on CellClients.com, User agrees to become a registered member of CellClients.com.
• CellClients.com reserves the right to terminate User's membership at any time without any notice for any reason.
• In order for User to post an ad on CellCilents.com website, User agrees to pay a one time service fee of $19.90 (“Leave customer”).
• Leave customer may post his/her ad on CellClients.com for three months after the $19.90 payment. After which Leave customer's account is locked and he/she is required to make another $19.90 payment to post a new ad.
• CellClients.com reserves the right to remove Leave customer's ad from its website at anytime without any notice and without refund.
• CellClients.com does not guarantee immediate publication of an ad upon member registration or fee payment. The contents of each ad are verified and approved by CellClients.com before publication.
• There is no charge for User (“Take Over customer”) to send messages to Leave customer.
• CellClients.com does not guarantee that Leave customer will successfully get out of his/her contract by placing an ad on CellClients.com.
• CellClients.com does not guarantee that User will find the cell phone contract of his/her choice by using CellClients.com.
• CellClients.com is not responsible for any changes to the wireless providers' cellular contracts cancellation policies, contract responsibility transfer policies, or any other policies relating to cellular contracts.
• User understands and agrees that CellClients.com does not guarantee that the cellular service provider named on the cell phone plan will grant approval to the transfer of the contract from Leave customer or a Take Over customer. CellClients.com is not and cannot be held responsible if User does not meet the credit requirements to complete the cell phone contract transfer process.
• If Leave customer’s ad includes a cell phone handset, Leave customer agrees to ship the phone to Take Over customer immediately after the transfer of the actual contract. If CellClients.com asks for the phone shipment’s tracking number, Leave customer agrees to provide CellClients with the phone shipment’s tracking number.
• CellClients reserves the right to hold Leave customer legally accountable for the loss of CellClients.com’s business if Leave customer breaches the agreement by not shipping his/her cell phone contract handset to Take Over customer.
• User agrees that his/her interactions with another User found on or through Cellclients.com for the transfer of cell phone plans, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between the Users. User should make whatever investigation he/she feels necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with another User or a third party. User agrees that Cellclients.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between Users on this site, User understands and agrees that Cellclients.com is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that User has a dispute with one or more other Users, User hereby releases Cellclients.com, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or service.
• CellClients.com reserves the right to refuse refunds at its sole discretion and without giving any reasons.
• CellClients.com will not issue any refunds if Leave customer decides to cancel his/her cell phone contract with his/her cellular service provider earlier than 30 days after posting the ad on Cellclients.com.
• To request a refund, Leave customer agrees to fax/email a copy of his/her last invoice to CellClients.com. The invoice must be dated at least 30 days after the posting of the ad on Cellclients.com. Leave customer must fax/email the invoice to Cellclients.com no later than 60 days from the ad posting date.
• CellClients.com reserves the right to contact Leave customer’s wireless provider and the parties interested in the contract to confirm that the contract was not transferred.

• CellClients.com will not issue a refund if Leave customer decides to keep the contract.

• CellClients.com will not issue a refund if Leave customer 's ad was not published on the CellClients.com website for 30 consecutive days.

• CellClients.com will not issue a refund if the original ad posted on the website is not under the registered member's original information.

• If User has a contract with multiple lines and is able to sell at least one of the lines through CellClients.com website, no refund will be issued to him/her.

• During the Secure Transfer Process (see http://cellclients.com/helpTutorial.php), Cellclients.com disclaims any warranty that the Take Over customer will take over Leave customer cell phone contract.

• CellClients.com reserves the right to reject any order placed by User at any time without any notice. CellClients.com also reserves the right to require additional information and verification from User to complete any order(s) placed by User.

• CellClients.com disclaims any affiliation or association with any cellular handset or accessories manufacturer.
